Sea World

Friday was our first day at Sea World.  We were all really excited for this day because we knew that the kids would love it so much.  And we were right!  Max absouletly loved Sea World.  He would get so excited at all the exhibits.  This is the day we finally met up with everyone and we had such a blast!

First off- the dolphins and then the Shamu show!

Then we went to the Sea Lion and Otter show.  Always a favorite!  Their show this time was Halloween themed.  At the end they did Thriller!

The Beluga Whales were a favorite for all the kids.  I think we stayed at this exhibit for a half hour!

We also rode the new ride Manta that day.  This ride looks really tame when you're down on the ground observing it, but it is so fast!  It was really really fun, I was just so surprised at how fast it is!  We also went to the new Dolphin show.  When we were there 3 years ago this stadium was still being built, so we were all excited to watch it.  It did not disappoint!  It was AMAZING!  It's kind of like Cirque de Sole (sp?) meets Sea World.  There were divers, acrobats, birds and dolphins.  It was really awesome.

Last stop of the day was the sharks and the stingrays.  Kate was a little afraid of the shark exhibit at first, but she still loved it.  And they could have stayed at the stingrays all day!  It was a fantastic first day at Sea World.
